Peer-to-Peer Professional Consultation
Many Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), rural clinics, and safety-net healthcare settings serve patients with a high burden of diabetes but have limited or no access to podiatric specialty care. The Han–Giurini Model™ offers optional peer-to-peer professional consultation to support licensed healthcare professionals in these settings through educational discussion, risk-stratified care frameworks, and limb-preservation strategies.
When requested, peer-to-peer consultations are personally conducted by Drs. Han and Giurini and are intended for professional education only; they do not involve direct patient care and do not establish a physician–patient relationship. Peer-to-peer professional consultation provided through the Han–Giurini Model™ is offered for educational and professional discussion purposes only and is intended exclusively for licensed healthcare professionals.
